Trying to identify the manufacturer and replacement part for the trim/cover for the crank mechanism on my Milgard awning windows. Only marking I see if AT, S and 2.

Moved into house over the last couple of months and have a few windows that the seal is disintegrating. The grove is about a quarter inch, but haven't been able to find what I should but to replace them. Any suggestions?

Hello! the locking mechanism (in picture) on our slider no longer works; the hook will no longer descend. The lock/unlock arm on the actual handle also broke. These locks are from late 80's or early 90's, and I am not sure there is anything that can replace them. The windows are in good shape but they do not lock, the locks are broken. Any ideas about what we can use?
