Need pivot shoe

Question

Those are pictures of the pivot shoe where the coil attaches into the back slot. Which pivot shoe do I need to order. I don't know of the 15-259 will work since it doesn't attach to the back. Help

Thanks for posting. It's tough to tell, but it might be the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Please compare.
