I have Andersen Casement windows that need the "cranks" replaced. When I try to open the window the handle just turns and I have to manually push the window open. I have 3 windows where these appear to be broken and the windows aren't hanging right. Tip to tip is 27 inches, just the metal is 26inches. 2540 is stamped on it but it appeared there were a number of different series of that size (385, 390, etc.) wasn't sure which ones to order. ... (cont.)

Window Stkr: H-R25-48x80, Series 40-17 Single Hung. No markings found on orgnl part. Holds 3x #4.0 35" P coil sprngs. I added captions to pics of 20 yr old, UV baked part based on beam caliper & quadril paper 4sq/inch. Seems similar to ur 15-205. Asking for verification or other suggestion. ... (cont.)
