Plastic part broke off

This piece is 1/2in x 1 1/4in x 2 1/8 in. The 2 1/8 in seems longer than the 1/2 in pivot shoe that looks like this one. Will it work or is there another option thwt I am not seeing?

The coil has an 8 stamped on it. I want to replace the coils though because the window is so hard to both open and close. The window weighs 13 lbs.

Hithe handle needed measures 6.5" between center of holes. The center hole for the locking component is 2.5" from center of bottom hole to center of lock hole. The door is 1.5 inches thick. We would like a locking handle if possible but just a handle would suffice if that is all we can get to fit ... (cont.)
