In the photo titled Hogue window crank, the make is visible: Caradco.
In the photo titled Hogue window part, there are various numbers on the parts and components, and Made in U.S. is visible partially. The numbers on parts are 40471, 30841L, 20755, and 02800. EnuyGard Truth is also visible on one component.

I recommend looking at our 39-155 and 39-156 to start out. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that everything is the same.
