Based on all the information you are showing, it appears you will be able to go with the Series 600 spiral balance. For the pivot shoe, the closest match we could find is the 15-046. This shoe is very popularly used in the vinyl window business. Lastly, you may also want to consider going with the 75-006 charging tool. This helps when installing the spiral balance into the pivot shoe.
