door handle replacement neede

What model of your door handle can replace this. the locking mechanism- goes into the metal rail

Hey Richard. I believe this is an older Daryl door handle that was used back in the 1960's. It's no longer made, but I think our 82-005 surface-mounted handle set can be used as a replacement. Note this handle set has hole spacing of 4-15/16". Take a look and let me know what you think.
