door handle and internal lock

I tried calling the company we purchased our sliding glass door from and they are telling me they can not help me. This is the information on the sticker for my door could please let me know if you carry the door handle and lock? The lock broke and we have no way of locking our slider. Looking to getting the right parts ASAP. The sticker says ALI ADW-8 ASTM 2190-ARG warranty number 32345792. Thank you so much

Thanks for your post! I'm afraid I wasn't able to narrow down the hardware you need based on the part numbers provided. It is related to a few different parts in our inventory. We'll need to see photos of the hardware to identify the correct replacement matches.

These are the pictures of the door handle and the opening to my door. The lock to the door slipped down the slidding glass door and i can not retrieve it. Just hoping to find replacement ASAP!

Thanks for the additional photos. Your patio door lock can likely be replaced with the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully review and compare the dimensions.
Your existing keeper, while fairly similar, may not be compatible with our lock. That said, you might need the 82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper.
