double hung window balancer

Question

I have seen similar balances on your website. Just want to confirm this is exactly the ones I'm looking at. I need many, I assume they come in different lengths? could you provide the item number and how long it takes to get them. Thank you so much.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your window uses an older crossbow style balance that is no longer made. As long as the original spring has a 1/2" diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance as a replacement.
