Thank you for reaching out to us. This is the old CertainTeed pivot shoe. We don't sell this exact part but take a look at the 15-192. This is used with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Please note that you'll have to file down the "bumps" on the pivot shoe and you may need to reuse the old shoe's cam. Just keep in mind that altered parts can't be returned for a refund.

Upon a closer look at your second photo, it appears the pivot shoe's cam is cracked in half so you wouldn't be able to reuse it. With that said, you may want to consider the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil balances. You will also need the 26-083 pivot bar. I recommend watching the video below which will go over the replacement process.
