To get started, are the assemblies shown from the same window? It appears you are showing two different pivot shoe applications. The grey resembles the 15-177 while the one in the window resembles the Series 161. Both of these pivot shoes measure 9/16" thick by 1-1/4" wide.
Can we also see a clearer image of the top of the pivot bar that is in the pivot shoe cams? If you have an undamaged version, that would be best! From there we can get a clearer idea of a possible replacement option. Thank you!
Attached are pictures of parts from an unbroken window. These are probable the parts that need to be replaced in the broken window.

This pivot shoe would be the 15-177 style. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! This shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs.
You will need to look at the original number stamped on the metal coil to determine the correct weighted option. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Also see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel.
For a new pivot bar, start by comparing the 26-226, 26-030 or 26-352 to confirm a good fit!
Please note that the clear mounting bracket in your second image of the original post is part of the other type of balance assembly.
