double-hung window: side channel replacement

I have double-hung windows. I'd like to replace the side channels.
The side channels have channel balances (27"-30#) and the channel shoes are the 15-014.
Are replacement side channels available? I didn't see them on the website

The 15-014, as stated in the product description, is most commonly used with our Series 751 channel balance. Could this be what you need?

No, I don't need the channel balance, I need the (plastic) side channels, or Jamb Liners. Are they available from Swisco?

Ah, I see. Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, we do not sell jamb liners. You would need to contact the original window manufacturer, or perhaps a local mill work that still makes wood windows. Sorry we can't be of more help.
