I need a spring and a pivot bar for the window. I am happy to buy a minimum of 4 springs. I need only one pivot bar

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with the Series 190 Coil Balance springs. See the guide below that shows how to select spring weights for the replacement coil springs. Let me know if you have further questions.
