dove vinyl tilt window

Question

need replacement parts both balance springs busted. Shoe is 1 1[4 wide and 1/2 deep and 1 3/8 high. Spring is 1/2 wide. pivot pih is 3" long with holes 1" and 1 7/8 inch from end. only one screw used. sash is 13# and is 32 3/4 by 21 3/4 inches. What assembly do you recommend?

We may be able to help you with some recommendations. Please take a look at our 15-175 coil balance shoe, and our Series 152 coil balance spring. As for your pivot bar, you may want to start by taking a look at our 26-040 to see if this could be a match for you.
