Thanks for posting! Your casement window operator looks like it could be the 39-013 Casement Window Operator but you'll need to be sure to double check the arm measurement to confirm. This operator is compatible with either the 39-114L non-folding or 39-205 folding crank handle.

Dimensions for 39-013

To replace the window hinge, I believe you may be able to use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set but it might be best to compare the dimensions to an undamaged hinge to confirm the dimensions. 

Keep in mind, they may not be an exact match, so you may need to drill new installation holes to install the hinge. Should this happen to be the case, it would be recommended to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the window will continue to function properly.
