Casey from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. Compare your operator dimensions to our Entrygard Dual Arm Operators, 39-031 and 39-032. Please see the list of associated parts for other items you may need to complete your repair. Let us know if you have any questions.

A handy person from Tennessee says:
My shorter arm measurement is approx. 3.5 inches and your short arm is just over 4.5 inches.
Do you have any other Coradco (EntryGuard) dual arm operators?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, take a look at our 39-155 and 39-156. Keep in mind that there is a difference between an EntryGard operator and a Caradco operator, so it's important to clarify which marking you have on yours in addition to the size of the link arm.
