This part is known as a pivot shoe. Before we recommend a match, can you show me a picture of it out of the window? Can you also tell me its width and thickness?

I am not able to pull the pivot shoe out. I took another two pictures. Hope is help. The width is about 1" and length is about 2". Thanks!

It's still hard to say. I think your width may be more like 1-1/4". That's more common for this style. The length isn't all that important. Can you tell me the thickness?

Thick is 1/2".

We have the 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick pivot shoe, our 15-046. I think that could work for your window.
