Your original pivot shoe was recently discontinued but can be replaced by the 15-177 shown below. Take a look and confirm the dimensions match yours. This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs. If there are no stamps on your original coils, you'll need to weigh the sash divided by the number of coils used on both sides.
