flush mount handle

I am trying to replace a flush mount handle with the 4-15/16 screw spacing. Having no luck doing so. Do the 82-005 and 82-306 work with each other? If so, do you have a catch available to hook these to?

The 82-005 handle set and 82-306 exterior pull are compatible. The 82-005 handle set includes a keeper/catch for installation. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. To confirm if this handle would work for your door, you are welcome to send us pictures of your original hardware to review.

Is the 82-005 available with a key lock or do I have to purchase the 82-306 as well? And, can the 82-005 be locked from the inside? Please advise

Hello,

The 82-005 does not come with an exterior key lock. The 82-306 will be needed for keyed access. Yes, this handle can be be locked from the inside using the turning lever.
