We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your original handle set and confirm the distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory. We'll also need to see the mortise lock in the center of the door that the handles engage with. Thank you!

The keeper shown in your photo looks like a match to the 82-249 but I can't determine the mortise lock and handle set that you need without seeing photos of the original parts. Also, I'm a bit confused by your diagram since the dimensions do not correspond to the types of handle sets and mortise locks generally used with this keeper. If you could show us the actual hardware, we can go from there.

Great, take a look and compare the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" installation hole spacing to your assembly. As for your mortise lock, see the 82-265 shown below.
