It seems the gear is stripped and will not open or close correctly. The part number looks like 45136 with a pat # 4505601

Hey, thanks for posting. Please see our 39-315 operator. I believe this is a newer version of your operator. I would suggest reusing the same sash bracket, since I couldn't find that exact type anywhere. It may not be available anymore, so hold onto it.
