handle

Question

A new handle set you have is  8.5" in hight. the one on my door is 9.5".  the screw holes are the same at 3 15/16".  does that matter and will the smaller one you have work.

The mortise lock, sold separately from the set is the 82-265 Multi-Point Mortise Lock. If you find you need to replace it, you may also need the 82-249 keeper. Their dimensions can be found on the website.
