Handle and lock for patio door

i am having a hard time finding the right handle for my door...the latch for the lock is on the inside of the indoor handel and the hole in the frame is on the inside track and not the middle...the holes in the lock are 3 13/16

This looks like it could be a surface-mount handle set. I'm reminded of our 82-005, though the hole spacing is 4-15/16". Could you get this to work?

i can drill new holes for the handel so long as the lock will line up. thank you
