hardware for non tilt window

I looking for some part for school window. this is non tilt window .I found two part 17-096 Bracket Assembly and 18-149 top sash guide pair.But I also need other part bracket.The size wide 1 4/8 H 3 6/8.Can you help?

Sorry the size is wide 1 5/8. high 2 7/8.
