help finding my channel balance

My 2 window channel balances broke. I attached a few pictures of what it looks like.
The length is 29 inches and the track is

Thanks for posting. Looks like part of your question was cut off, but look at our S380-29 and see if this matches up to your balance.

Tom, the S380-29 looks like my balances. Does the stamp 28C USB on my old balance make any difference in choosing the S380-29?

Yes, stamp options are an important part of deciding what balance you need. Typically, a stamp of 28C corresponds to our 2830 option, but I recommend that you weigh your sash to confirm that that's correct. You can see a chart of sash weights and related options under the S380-29.
