help identifying part for milgard window

Hi there, can you help me figure out what part I need?
This is a Milgard window.
I believe the part we need is called an "operator".
It is completely rusted/frozen/locked up in place.
We may have stripped the crank, it turns freely but does nothing.
I am an unskilled homeowner, but am planning to hire a handyman to replace this part.
We just need to identify which part needs replaced
