help identifying which balance shoe I need

These vinyl windows have no name or sticker anywhere on them. I took a sash to a couple window stores locally and they also had no idea what brand they were. I do know that they were installed around 2007 or 2008.

The plastic height is about 1 1/4 inches and it has a coil that goes in the jam above this. The coil must have snapped off and sprung up to the top on this one....I just heard a spring noise when I was attempting to clean the window.

I also need the metal part shown in the picture for another window I have. The metal snapped off one side of the opening on that one.
