balance metal is 29" L. has stamped 28 3 and half sized letters J1
looking at maybe s351, s390, s395
I measured bottom shoe at 1 1/8"

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance can be replaced with the S390-29 Channel balance.

For the stamp, I believe you'll need the 2830 stamp option. It is advised to double check that your sash weight falls between 16 to 23lbs, to confirm that the stamp is correct.
