A home owner from Salt Lake City, utah says:
Can you help identify a replacement part for my window? Attached pictures are of the stickers located on the window and a photo of a ring that all of a sudden ended up in the windows frame, making it so I'm unable to close the window all the way.

The part you're looking for is called a coil balance. Yours in particular looks like a match for our Series 152. If you also needed the pivot shoe, see our 15-177.

You'll need the stamp off the old spring to determine the best Series 152 option. The video below will also show you how this is replaced.
