Hi there!

I'm afraid I can't tell what you have from these pictures alone. Is there an undamaged balance I could see removed, along with any attachments that belong to it?

on the top string from balancer attached to frame with screw.
on the bottom balancer attached to pivot slider with hook. i added 2 pics
