Hey there,
Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to hear that the original balances were thrown out. There is a chance that we may be able to supply you with the replacements you need but I'll need a bit more information to confirm the correct hardware.
To start, are there any similar windows in the home that still have balances installed in them? If so, I'll need to see that balance removed from the window. I'll also need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane (for the window with the missing balances) as well as the exact weight of the sash.
Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

Exposed Window Glass 15-3/8"H x 31-1/8"W
Window O.D. 17-15/16"H x 33-11/16"W
Balance Track in sliding window 11/16"W x 17-7/8"L
Weight 11.3 pounds
Window Frame:
Height Bottom to hook aperture 17-3/8"
Height Bottom to Take-Out Clip 30-3/4"
Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide.

Thanks for confirming this information. I've consulted with our senior expert in regard to the best replacement we might be able to offer to repair your windows. His recommendation is an educated guess, especially since you do not have an existing balance to base it on.
That said, he suggests using the S390-17 channel balance with a 1620 stamp option. This will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs.
In regard to the top sash guide you have pictured here, I suggest reviewing and comparing the dimensions for the 18-009 5/8" Top Sash Guide.

For the Top Sash Guide, dimensions are exactly as you show.
I will order a set.
Best regards!

I'm happy to help! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you do run into any issues and we'll be glad to take a look into it for you.
Have a great weekend!

Thanks so much for your kind feedback! That is greatly appreciated.
