in need to replace 2 coil balances for an upper sash, including associated parts you may suggest. will probably will be in need of additional depending on conditions of others at this location

Thanks for posting. This is a Simonton coil balance system that I am afraid is no longer made. However we've devised a substitute. You can use the 15-259 Pivot Shoe along with Series 159 Coil Balances. We have a video that explains the process. Take a look and let me know if you have questions.
