identify correct replacement operator

Hello,

I have a semco window to repair. I believe the following applies to my window:
Left handed
Dual arm
Surface mounted
Detach clip on one arm
Roller on one arm
Stamped: Truth entrygard 30350

Do you have a correct replacement. it seems that I must remove a wood piece to obtain access to the surface mount screws. Does this sound right?

Hi there!

It appears you have something like our 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 operators. They may look the same at first glance but each pair has a different length of link arm. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see which one matches your original.

And you are correct! You'll need to remove the wooden trim to access the screws. The video below will explain this in detail.
