It looks like the bottom nylon fitting has broken off of this balance. That unfortunately means that we cannot identify a match. Do you happen to have a balance that's still in good condition that we may review? We specifically need to see the bottom nylon fitting, clearly and without obstruction.

Thanks! Looks like your bottom fitting is 7/8" deep. We don't sell a standard balance with a bottom fitting that small, but we can custom make it for you. Basically it would be the same as our S380-29 but with the 15-005 shoe swapped out for the smaller 15-029. Does that look good to you?

I also note that your old stamp reads 28B. This typically corresponds to our 2820 option, which carries 12 through 16 pounds. I highly recommend checking the weight of your sash just to be 100% sure this is correct.

Assuming all that is in order, I'm happy to email you a custom purchase link right now that will let you add this to your cart. Just let me know how many you wanted to buy so that I can set the quantity and I'll send that your way.

To sum up what we're making, it would be a 29" long channel balance with a 19-005 top fitting, 15-029 bottom fitting, and a 2820 stamp option.
