Hey there. When the spline the handle attaches to also breaks, I am afraid the entire window operator will have to be replaced. We may be able to help, but I need to see the entire operator mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view, either with the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, should work. We'll do our best to help you from there.
Thanks for the photo of the window open. This is closer to what we need. Could you give us more of a 'bird's eye' view of the arms? That will better help us narrow this down.
It's just a little too obscured. A slightly clearer view of the arms, and their shape, will narrow this down. Whenever you can get this photo to us we'll do our best to narrow it down.

Thanks for your patience, and for getting back to me. The closest cover match is our 39-375 Folding Handle and Cover. Please compare. Note that with some older versions of this window operator, the cover cannot be removed. If that's the case, unfortunately you will need a new operator in addition to the 39-375 Handle and Cover. I believe your operator is either the 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the appendage at the end of the straight arm. See the video below.
