identify window balance for parts order

I have 2 sized window balances that I would like to order replacements for. One is marked 22D USB and the other is marked 28D USB. I believe they are the Series 380.Would you please verify this for me and advise which is the correct Series and weight so I may place an order.

My window balances have what appears to be the 19-005 top guide and the 15-005 bottom shoe. The shoe is inserted 1 inch into the metal frame which is 1/2 inch wide by 9/16. The measurement from tip of wing to tip of wing is 15/16.

Thanks for getting back to us. It sounds like you want our Series 380 channel balance. Based on your stamps, I'd go with our S380-23 with a 2240 option (22D) and our S380-29 with a 2840 stamp option (28D). Let me know if you have any questions.
