identifying channel balance and shoes.

A handy person from florida says:
The balance has a stamp on it "25".No other numbers found. Measurement of balance is 26". Need to know part number of balance. 2nd request will be identifying shoes. 3rd request will be identifying window stop and plastic stabilizers.

Thanks for writing in. See our S380-26 or S385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare your old hardware with both balances to see what matches best. Both nylon fittings come attached to the balances out-of-the-box. To know what stamp option to select, please weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
