Hello Swisco, Can you assist me in identifying a replacement shoe from the attached photo? The manufacture of the window is Simonton. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but the 15-259 is what we like to recommend. You'll need the Series 159 coil balances, as well as the hardware mentioned in the video below.
