inverted block & tackle balance

Need replacement inverted block & tackle balance for upper sash tilt-out window.
Marking on metal channel is 34B PD BSI.
Channel is 34 inches long.
Sash cord is white and screws into the top of the frame.
The T-lock shoe is 1-1/4".
The T-lock cam is open.

Thanks for the detailed information. Sounds like you need an S795-34, with a stamp option of 34B. The 15-195B Open Cam shoe is sold separately. The video below shows how you can easily swap it out with the shoe that comes attached by default to these balances (the 15-195 closed cam). Let me know if you have any further questions.
