jamb liner removal on a hurd with

A contractor from Delaware says:
i have some hurd windows i need to replace the friction shoe on. looks like the 15-104 will work. these are jamb liners you squeeze outward to tilt the window. ho do the jamb liners come out to replace the shoe? your video shows screws to remove but none on these units.

To remove the jamb liners, tilt in and remove both the top and bottom sash. That should allow the jamb liners to come out. They are held in by the pressure of the window sashes.
