We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, the pulley is not able to to replaced or repaired in channel balances. They are under a large amount of tension, which would be dangerous to restring on a damaged balance. There's a good chance that we can supply replacement balances but we would need to see an intact assembly fully removed from the window, including both ends, the pulley clip, and any numbers stamped on the metal channels. Thanks for getting back to us. Your rod style balance is no longer available but our S795 channel balances would work as replacements as long as your spring has a diameter of 1/2". Review the conversion video below to help you through the process.
