kitchen window opener/closer

the screw-type piece that the handle attaches to does not open or close this window. I believe the metal on the end of the screw piece has partially broken off, thus the problem. The white handle attaches to this part.

Take a look at our 39-036 Dyad single arm operator and see if the dimensions match up to your operator. I think it's a good place to start, but it's important to make sure the sizes are the same.
