looking for a replacement part for cranks with a label of 20810 as well as 6092
can you tell me what part i will need to replace the whole mechanism?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I couldn't cross-reference the numbers given here. Can you open the window? We'd like to see a photo of the arms that move the window sash. That will help us narrow down some options.

Thank you for the photos. I recommend you have a look at the 39-031 & 39-032 as well as the 39-155 & 39-156. One of these operators may be what you need depending on the length of the link arm. Review the specifications and see which ones match up.
