Question

I just spent $150 to replace the glass and the last remaining spring broke spring. Now both sides are broken. this is an old and likely very cheap vinyl replacement window. what else do you need to know to help me order new assemblies?

Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is no longer made, but the 15-177 can replace it. The 1/2" S152 coil springs are sold separately, and the video below will explain how to determine the coil weights.
