need help . no identifying markings/NUMBERS/NAMES. 1" 1/2 O.D. WHEEL. 3/4 WIDTH AT WHEEL, 2 1/4 LONG, 1 INCH 3/16

Hello,

Your roller resembles the 81-148 but the dimensions are closer to the 81-162 with a 1-1/2" diameter nylon wheel. Review both options below to confirm if one of them could work for your application. Thank you!

Thank you young lady. 81-162 looks like a plastic wheel. is it plastic?? The dimples couldn't possibly be 7/8 inch That would be almost an inch dimple right?

this door is very heavy. I do not know how a nylon wheel would last. I personall do not think it will last long. do you??

The 7/8" measurement includes the overall width of the roller, including the dimple. As for the wheel, you could also swap out the wheel that comes with our roller using the 81-272 kit that comes with 1-1/2" wheels if you're concerned that our nylon wheel wouldn't last due to the weight of the door.
