left handed crank

The mechanism seems broken. When I turn it to the right the mechanism comes out. When I turn it to the left it opens the window.

It sounds like the entire operator has broken and down and needs to be replaced. We can help you do this, but we need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arms. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Thanks.

Here are pictures of the mechanism. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately I can't really confidently make out what you have here. Can you show us the mechanism and link arm(s) from a bird's eye perspective? If you don't want to remove it from the window, having the window open should suffice.

A bird's eye perspective would really be best, one that shows the entire mechanism and link arm(s). This is a very crude guess, but you might need either our 39-031 and 39-032, or our 39-155 and 39-156. There are just slight differences in the length of the link arm(s) with these operators. Again, I can't say for sure if either set is what you need, but take a look and see what you think.

Sorry, the window was wide open and I took these from the outside looking in. Can you enlarge them to see the mechanism better? If you can't maybe I can.
