Your operator is a very old style that isn't made anymore. We don't have a direct substitute, but the only thing that may work is our 39-028E and 39-027E. Keep in mind, however, that the design of the base is different for these two parts and you may need to trim your wood sill to match.

It's the same story for the lock, but we have a more confident substitute for that: our 38-097 and 38-098. However these aren't compatible with your existing keeper so you will also need a new 38-079.
