locking slider door lock with handle

removed door handle years ago. All inside parts gave out. Looking for a replacement. Screw holes are spaced 4-15/16 apart.

Hello,

Your assembly reminds me of our 82-005 surface-mounted handle set, which can be used with the 82-306 exterior pull for keyed entry. That being said, it would help us confirm if we would see what the locking hooks look like extended from your original handle. Thank you!
