Take a look at our 26-243 & 26-244 tilt latches, along with the 15-199 which uses the Series 160 and Series 165 coil springs. Remove your hardware from the window and compare our dimensions to yours to see if these match what you need.

As for the pivot bar, can you remove yours from the window and show us?
