Hello,

I believe we carried your pivot shoe at one time but it has been discontinued. It's possible that our experts may be able to research replacements for your pivot shoe and tilt latches but it'll take some time. If you need replacement balances as well, they will need to see an undamaged one removed from the window to research that for you as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the company that made your white top tilt latch and pivot shoe has gone out of business. For your top tilt latch, we suggest using a top mounted tilt latch like our 26-193 and 26-094 installed with 33-089 mounting screws. For your 1-1/4" wide by 5/8" thick pivot shoe, you should be able to use our 15-047 but you may want to double check the thickness. If it measures 1/2" thick, please see our 15-046.

Hi Paul. I thought you guys might have a suggestion.

I am getting water bubbling up on the top corners . I have attached a photo. This was happening before i replaced everything. But still happening on some windows.

and dripping down to the floor.

This happens with high winds 30-60 MPH during rain storms.

Is their any tricks of the industry Swisco could suggest?

Thanks, Rodney

Check the weatherstripping on the window. Look to see if any of it is worn away or torn off. Then again, it could also be the outside caulk and sealant around the window, so check that too. My last idea is that it also could be a flashing problem above the window or at the edge of the roof.
